New CrossFit "Baseline" class designed for beginners

Starting Aug. 3rd we will be starting a class called 'CrossFit Baseline'. This class will be offered M-F from 6:30am-7:30am and will cost $119 a month. This class will be open to anyone that wants to workout with only Beginning CrossFitters and no elite athletes. If you want to get in the best shape of your life, this is the perfect opportunity to start in a small group personal training setting with zero intimidation!
This is basically an on-going Foundations level class. The programming will be the regular WOD with significant scaling options based on ability level. There will not be experienced or elite level members in this class. If you are interested in joining this class, please go to the contact page on this site and fill out the 'contact a coach' form.
There will be an informational meet and greet with the Rich City CrossFit coaches on August 1st from 11am-12pm. Feel free to stop by for a tour, information, and to learn more about this new class.
